No. There is no supplier portal to sign in to or anything to learn. You email your product details to the MediGear team at connect@medigear.uk, and we build the listing for you — specifications, images, certification documents and all. Updates work the same way: send the change, we make it live.

Send us whatever you already have. A supplier brochure, a spreadsheet, a PDF catalogue or a link to your existing site all work. Our team formats the content, checks the technical detail against the manufacturer documentation, and comes back to you with a draft before anything is published.

We do. Our catalogue team writes every listing in-house, and the product articles and blogs included in the paid tiers are written for you as part of the plan. You are not expected to supply finished copy — raw specification sheets are enough for us to work from.

Before a listing goes live we check company registration, confirm the product certifications you hold, and review the technical claims made in the listing against the manufacturer's own documentation. Listings that pass carry the Verified badge. Anything we cannot substantiate does not get published.

Enquiries from hospitals, clinics, distributors and procurement teams come to the MediGear team first. On paid tiers, we pass qualified enquiries straight to your inbox with the buyer's requirement, quantity, and country already captured, so you respond to a real brief rather than a name on a form.

Only on completed sales. The rate is tiered by equipment value — higher-value equipment attracts a lower rate — and the full band structure is set out in the commission table above. You set your seller price excluding VAT and the platform displays the final buyer price. Your listing plan is separate from commission.

Yes. Suppliers on medigear.uk ship to buyers across 80+ countries, and we work with manufacturers and distributors well beyond Britain. Where a market has its own approval route — MHRA in the UK, CE marking across the EU, FDA in the United States, SFDA and the GCC framework in the Gulf, SAHPRA in South Africa — our team will tell you which documents buyers in that region will expect to see.

There is. Large manufacturers with extensive catalogues are handled under a custom enterprise arrangement rather than a standard tier: unlimited listings, a commission structure agreed with you, and priority placement across the site. Use the enterprise enquiry form on this page and the team responds within one business day.

Yes. Paid tiers run month to month with no minimum term and no exit charge. Email the team to move up, move down or stop, and we will action it from your next billing date. Your product pages stay in place until the change takes effect.

Most catalogues are drafted within a few working days of us receiving your material, then published once you have approved the draft. Larger catalogues are staged in batches so the first products start attracting buyer traffic while the rest are still being built.
